Bryan McKinney

Hi, I’m Bryan McKinney. I have over 15 years of professional IT experience and have served the field in a variety of ways. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree from The University of South Carolina in Integrated Information Technology and graduated in 2011. Later I attended Liberty University and earned my Masters of Science degree in computer science/cyber security and graduated in 2019. I was born and raised locally in the midlands area. I graduated for White Knoll High School in 2005. I currently work as a software engineer on the DuckCreek platform in Columbia, SC. Before that I have many years of experience in the IT field doing various jobs. Including: setting up and configuring wired/wireless networks, computer repair, VOIP configuration, backup management, website design and development, Windows, Mac, and Linux management, as well as countless other IT related tasks.

When not working on computers, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Lea, and our 2 dogs, Tanner (black lab mix) and Sonny (black terrier mix). Lea and I are active members of our church, Midtown Fellowship Lexington. We enjoy camping, traveling, board games, and finding ways to be active and explore this wonder city of Columbia, SC.

Derek Bley

Derek has served in multiple Management positions across a variety of industries. These includes Higher Education, Business Services (Merchant & Payroll Processing) and currently the Aftermarket Automotive Parts arena. His responsibilities ranged from building and developing teams, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships and implementation of Customer Relationship Management systems. He is an Ohio native drawn to the South by warm weather and baseball. Derek Attended Newberry College (Class of ’11) where he played on the baseball team. He then took his talents to South Beach and completed his Master’s Degree at Barry University (Class of ’13) earning an MBA with concentrations in Management and International Business.

 

Outside of work Derek is a member of Midtown Fellowship of Lexington, a husband who is madly in love with his wife and you can find him reliving the glory days on the church softball team. He enjoys a good dark beer, reasonably priced bourbon and the occasional cigar.
